Awesomeness to be had!

Man, the past few days have been quite fun, what with the tennis and rock climbing...of course, this is sans work, but I try not to linger on unpleasent memories...such as wading knee-deep in grey slime, throwing huge skatewing from the hole (hull)...anyways, friends are awesome!

Which brings me to my main postage of the moment...

So what's everyone doing labour day weekend? 'Cause as I was thinking about going camping! I mean, with all the awesomeness of last weekend, I wanna go camping again! And nothing's better to finish off the summer than camping! And no place is better to camp then the sunshine coast! Yeah! And why the sunshine coast, you ask? Because of Katherine Lake!

Yeah, Katherine Lake! It's the most awesomest lake ever! I mean there's the kickass lake itself that's freakin' warm as hell, a nice manmade sandy beach, a freakin' beach volleyball court, some trails for all you hiking enthusiasts (plus, they lead to a spot where you can go cliffjumping!), and for all you non-campers, there's even showers and electrical hookups! Fun times to be had by all! [oh, and I'd send a link to their website, but this place is so small that they don't even have a website! Just awesome!]

Or what the hell, anything on the sunshine coast'll be freakin' awesome! There's tons and tons of great spots all within driving distance (usually less than 2 hrs), so any place will be amazing! Woooo!!

Anyways, just thought I'd throw the idea out there to see if anyone's interested...and this goes to everyone, including those not there last week! The more the merrier!

Until next time, I guess...

"Wake me up at 7:30"

Does nobody understand the frickin' phrase "wake me up at 7:30"??? Now I freakin' missed my hapkido tonight...what a bunch of crap.

Ahh, what the hell!! According to Chui, tonight was actually a really cool one, learning kickass counters and junk! That sucks ass!!! ASS!!! And apparently he did some freakin' kickass demos at the end, showing how to "beat up a cop with a nightstick" etc...freakin' missed the cool one, what a bunch of crap...

But enough ranting, and onto more productive endeavors, such as sleeping and/or showering. Stupid having to wake up at 5 because I have bitch work at 6, having to go down a freakin' hole picking up fish too big and slimy to get sucked by the tube...what a bunch of crap...

Until next time, I guess...

The Unbloggable Camping Trip

As mentioned above, the camping trip over the weekend had many awesome moments, thus popularizing it as being unbloggable (with a few exceptions, mainly from Kris, which is freakin' awesome for writing down a whole bunch of stuff quickly and not like me being too freakin' lazy to write on sunday then nodding off at 5pm monday then being too lazy to start until nearly 1am tuesday to finally blog...)

Anyways, camping was awesome. Period.

Can't wait to see the freakin' videos...especially of Mohsin falling flat on his face, laughing the whole time, holding the video camera! Heheh...but lets not start blogging the unbloggable...

So I'm working now, not being laid off, except there's not really much to do at the fish plant so me, along with Rob and Ryan (the hobbit and a coworker, respectively), are freakin' gardening now, pulling out weeds and junk...annoyingly hard and boring, plus all the added allergies to boot. Tomorrow they say I'm going in "the hole" or something, meaning I'll have to go to the bottom of the boat hold to throw fish too big to get sucked up by the tube...supposed to be all spiny and slimy...oh well, better then weeding, I say...

Dang man...I really wanna change my layout, but I'm way to freakin' lazy...

Stupid me for not going to check my e-mails sooner, for I forgot to go to an engagement tonight, which sucked 'cause alls I did tonight was watch freakin' tv...

That's about all...oh wait, one more thing...

CAMPING WAS FREAKIN' AWESOME! Anyone up for another camping trip sometime further down in the summer? On the sunshine coast? On Katherine Lake, to be exact??? Man, that'd be my freakin' dream...I love that lake...like swimming in soup, I tells ya...

Until next time, I guess...

Osoyoos!!

Wow, awesomeness of past few days...

Batman Begins --> Craziest freakin' awesome movie I've seen in quite a while (since Hitchhiker's Guide, but that's just another category altogether)

Go-Carts --> Holy crap that was the most physical fun I've had in a while...that came out wrong, but whatever...

Work --> Finished roe season, spent all of thurs. cleaning baskets...which at first was boring as hell, then it just grew on me...and I'm not laid off! Woo!!! But I'm still taking a day off friday for:

Osoyoos --> Camping for the weekend! Woo!!! Should be packing now, but I'm not...I'll wake up 8am and pack, should be enough time...although at the moment I'm lacking decent food, air mattress/foamie, and my freakin disc! I wanna huck!! Oh well...

Sleep time shall be now, for I needs my sleep from a week of 3 hrs, 3hrs, 2+hrs + 3hrs, 4hrs, and tonight...

Why I say this I don't know...

Waiting...

Just waiting for my sis to get outta the shower...

Which reminds me, when in the hell did Charissa become my "hot sister"?? It's weirding me out...I mean, with the kwantlen crew it wasn't so bad, just a little surprising and what not, but when every guy at my work thinking she's all that, it's just getting creepy..."hey Justin, is your sister picking you up today?" *shudder*

Oh man, one more thing I have in common with Roger, I guess...

***

Wow, Alan's Blog is all crazy all of a sudden...crazy awesome, that is...here's an excerpt:

What is the reason that people are homeless and living on the street? Because they are poor? If so, my economic professor once said, the only and biggest problem with economics is that there are too many people. Maybe then, if we cut our support to the jobless/homeless citizens, let them die out, and let them experience more pressure financially. Then we have THE solution to the problem. Street people die, government may have a budget surplus from cutting expenses in helping the poor, the illegal drug market has less demand, street people work harder to find a proper job, the drug dealers have to shrink their profit margins, and hopefully in the end, it results in the dying of marijuana business in BC. Doesn’t it sound like a great idea? A great idea that is just similar to Adolf Hitler’s genocide idea, eh? Fewer people that we don’t need and like…

Man, I should really help out those guys handing out the sack lunches and what not, if only to realize how close...nevermind...

It's past 1am, and I'm gonna be having the longest day of my working career tomorrow, since it's the last day of the herring roe season and we're gonna have to do 1500 buckets (as compared to maybe 1/3 of that amount). Meaning I'm probably gonna work 'til around 10ish...which is pretty awesome monetary-wise, since after 7pm I'm getting paid doubletime, i.e. $25/hr, so that's fairly awesome...but I'm gonna be freakin' ass dead tired tomorrow...

Then I'm gonna have to pack for camping...haven't even thought about it yet...goodness...

Oh man, and apparently I'm not gonna be laid off anymore, which at first is super awesome, except now I don't have the few days off I was hoping for, so I'm gonna have to skip out on friday to go to the trip and I'm gonna have to start packing sooner so I won't cram it all in thursday night...then again, packing takes like 2 hrs tops, so I don't know...

***

Anyways, I think the bathroom's open now, and I am needing my sleep (even w/ the 2+ hrs I fell asleep during the game, once again...haha, in every game in the finals, I've fallen asleep...just goes to show you how freakin' boring the finals are this year! Haha!)

Until next time, I guess...

p.s. - Okay, so I've been surfing the net / talking on msn for the past half hour, but oh man...this was so freakin' worth it:

Dream Journal Entry #1

Kinda odd how falling asleep during the basketball game and sleeping 'til 4:45am would make you have such weird dreams...

Well, I believe I kinda woke up around 1ish, looked around, then fell asleep again...this is where the strange yet decently awesome dream occurred...

The first thing I remember is something with driving, and picking someone up in front of a building, which I had to drive through a forest of trees like the road in the sunshine coast...then some walking along a sidewalk near a field of green, or something? My dad was there somewhere...

Then it cut to I think my place, no wait it was my old place, yeah my old place...my old bathroom to be exact...I was having a shower or bath, then my little sister barged in, so I yelled at her to get out, but she left the door open, so I was yelling for someone to close and lock the bathroom door, but nobody was doing it...

Then I think it jumped into this boarding house / camp / hotel room thing, like a cross between strathcona and a motel 6, no wait, the camp hope rooms are a much better description...with me having a roommate...and there I remember seeing this weird face pottery thing on the side of the bed, kinda wide-eyed open-mouthed with a freaky look on its face...I remember it was kinda weird, but my roommate really liked it for some reason...

No, wait, somewhere inbetween the bathroom and the room I remember seeing that freaky face pottery mask thing before, 'cause I was thinking my sister made it, 'cause it was really good yet really freaky...oh well, so we're back in the room...

Then there was that weird thing, that ended the dream with a:

"Ww, ur lkng awfully gd n tht twl"
"Haha, thanks, bt I've gt smthng ndrnth, wll I gss I'm nt wrng ny scvys"
--> Thn dry off, wrps ovr hd / frnt, hldng thngs, ps, hehe...

Then the image freezes and scrolls down, for it has become me looking into a computer screen...that kinda weirded me out, 'cause I realized that "reality" turned into a computer screen...ooo, metaphoricalizations, or something...

The strangeness of the dream was exemplified when I woke up to that freaky-ass pottery face from my dream staring me right in the face...it turned out that the balloon from my birthday floated down near my "bed", and with it being all half-filled with air, it was all crumply and stuff...which oddly looked like a freaky guy staring at me...I'm guessing I saw it when I woke up at 1am, remembered the face, and it inserted itself into my dream...

Freaking weirdass dream...had to get it off my chest, especially since I've got like 2 hours until I have to go to work...man, I should really sleep at 8:30 more often, I love the early mornings when everythings all quiet and junk...plus missing the bustle of post 9pm is a plus...and if I keep having these freaky-ass dreams, then all the better!

Until next time, I guess...

Me so sleepy...

It's only 10 something, and already I'm uber tired...perhaps it's the 3 hrs of sleep, or perhaps it's the working overtime from 7:30am to 6:30pm, or maybe it's the barely having anything to eat all day then gourging when I got home, or maybe it's because of all of said factors...

Wow...I can't believe it, I wanted to rant, but I feel like I'm too tired...

Until next time, I guess...

Itchiness...

Just came home from going out with my uncle, ate at Quilon again, watched a surprisingly awesome movie (Crashed, I think it was...), and this whole evening was just awesomeness...

But that's not even the most awesomest part of today!

Earlier in the day, I frickin' bought myself a freakin' guitar! It's a low-end junker kind of guitar, but it's leagues above my other one, and man I'm loving it!

Even if I was dumb enough to forget to buy picks, haha...

Crap, stupid mosquito bites...it truly is summertime now for me...yesterday was so worth it though...

Yesterday, Krystle David and Alan invited me to play some volleyball over in gary point, and I'm not one to turn down a good volley...anyways, it was around 7:30ish when we started, so it was pretty late, and as the night went on we remembered that when the night comes so does the horde of mosquitos, haha...but just having a flat volleyball with no net can actually be quite entertaining, lol...

Anyways, after our steveston excursion we went to vancouver to pick up some mexicans...lol, Daniel and Uriel, here for a year and leaving in the summer, and we ended up going to the park near cambie and 59th...ended up playing "Gato", which is a game where you can only hold the ball for a few seconds, then you have to pass it to your teammates, while the other team tries to intercept...man, that was fun! However, this quickly became fairly redundant, so we spiced things up and made new football-styled rules where we have to run to the other end etc...and that was freakin' awesome, especially since we were playing in the twilight...

Man, I'm so outta shape...which is weird, because I'm getting freakin' buff with all the lifting at my job...it's just that my cardio has gone to crap...

Anyways, after this park excursion, David and Alan had to leave (since David had to go back home to abbotsford), so the rest of us decided to have some bubble tea...yum, haven't had bubble tea in a while, and the one on oak and prince ed. is really good...

Then I drove them home, went home myself, slept, woke up, played some fire emblem, got my guy killed so I had to restart the map thus making the past hour all for naught, then drove my sis to piano, then went to the mall, almost bought some cheap ringer shirts from champs (no sizes), saw the first girl I ever asked out and therefore the first girl to ever officially reject me (yet of course not actually go talk to her or anything 'cause I looked grubby and stuff...yeah...), picked up my sis from piano, bought myself a guitar, went home, went out with my uncle, ate at quilon, watched crashed, talked to shar, went home, started to blog, realized this has all become one big rant about nothing...

Wow, I gotta stop ranting like this...I swear, it was only gonna be a little blurb, like my last post...oh well, what am I gonna do, delete all this junk? I don't think so...

Anyways, I'm off to bed now, then work tomorrow...man, work's starting to become a drag, just 'cause there's just some drama between the workers there, plus this one guy's always being an ass and bugging everyone, therefore I must find ways to bug him back and make the working environment a fun place again...kinda annoying after a few days...

Crap...another rant...Until next time, I guess...

--> As told through the mind of a lazy perfectionist.

p.s. - R.I.P., grandma Goon...you'll get through this man...(assuming you read my blog on a regular basis...but oh well)

Junk...

Man, I haven't really been on the computer in forever...

I feel like I'm missing out on everything by not reading blogs...

Oh well...time to watch some Nash!
