Well it gets the go ahead from rottentomatoes; the same goes for the original. So I guess it's safe to accept the recommendation.

I liked the first Ginger Snaps, but the second one didn't really do it for me.
Haven't seen the first.
I liked the second 'cause of the crazy twists. SO wasn't expecting that.
But yeah, it ain't for everyone. Like, say, the normies.
