I just figured out a stupid consolidation accounting problem after working at it for over 12 hours!! WOOHOO!!! The simplest way to explain it is that accounting, this kind especially, is like a jigsaw puzzle, except pieces of cardboard are replaced by calculated numbers. Moving this number here instead of there, subtracting when I should be adding, etc etc... for the longest time I had no freakin' clue what I was doing wrong, then BAM!! I figure it out. DAMN THAT FEELS GOOD.

...my life kinda sucks. heh.

[[EDIT: Nevermind, as it turns out, I ended up with 25% less than I expected on that assignment. Apparently, I suck...]
