Does anyone want to move in w/ me in January? Mohsin's flaking out after December, something about finances...BAH...heheh but really, I'd like to stay at my Apartment, and I'm needing a roommate!!
It's 850/2 a month, plus utilities/internet etc. Comes out to under $500/month. A steal in Kits!
Just wanting to stay at my place 'til May, most likely. So yeah, please consider! Spread the word! Ask your friends! Etc Etc!

Why live in Kits for $500/month when you can live a life of luxury in Burnaby for $300/month? Just think of the benefits:
-All utilities included!
-Share accommodations with quirky and eccentric personalities!
-Tiled floors!
-Privacy free!
Honestly, the proximity.

2 min walk to the beach, if even that, 10min busride to UBC, awesome little yuppie neighbourhood.
Now, if you stay indoors all day and rarely if ever venture into your neighbourhood, then yeah, cheapo place in the outskirts is best. But I might as well just get some place out in Whalley near the skytrain if I wanted that...

I'll have you know that Whalley may be a drug-filled, gang-banging neighbourhood. But at least it's within fair proximity to everything compulsory.

But Justin, does your Kits beach place in all its convenient yuppie glory - assuming that you'd be sleeping in Jake's room with a curtain between to allow for privacy - allow you unlimitied access to hot angela-on-jake action every fortnight?
